Follow along with the Chloe Ting Summer Shred 2021 challenge on her website (Chloeting.com). Show proof of your workout on a Fitbit/Apple Watch and/or show a time lapse video of yourself doing the workout. On the rest days be sure to check in just to say hello or show me your pets so you don’t get a miss on SPAR. I will be flexible with the 2 rest days per week. Try as much as possible to keep them where they are, but I understand that life happens and sometimes your schedule may require you to take different days off. If you are taking your rest day on a different day you must make it up on the actual rest day, still doing the 5 workouts per week. Also, please let me know your plan for this. For example, “I’m taking my rest day today, but I will do my workout for day 13 tomorrow on the actual rest day .” Let’s get our bodies ready for summer!
