Let’s get in hourglass shape together! Go to and view the 2021 Weight Loss Challenge for the workouts. Rules: Check in with either fitness tracker data (I’ll check minutes against the assigned workouts) and tell us how you feel - or time lapse video. Check in on rest days just to say hi! This is mandatory so Spar doesn’t give you a miss. Complete all videos per day Chloe has assigned. You can swap a rest day with an exercise day but you MUST complete all daily workouts. These are hard so go at your own pace, do modifications, or just hold those planks while Chloe does her fancy twisty planks.
