Pick a LONG TERM goal, come up with a plan to achieve it, and take action to meet your goal. I wanted to make this run three full months but apparently challenge max length is 90 days so I decided we will be doing this in month long increments. It is up to you whether you want to use this as a monthly goal or carry on from round to round working on the same goal. Okay actual rules: Day 1 of each round tell us what your goal is and a broad overview of how you plan to tackle it. All other days: check in telling us what you did to work on your goal that day. You MUST check in every day and should aim to work on your goal daily but your goal might not be something you do every single day and I get that. Goal planning ideas (share if desired): WHAT is your goal? WHY is this important to you? What stands in the way of you achieving this? What small wins can we celebrate? What can you do in 5-15 min on a day you’re not feeling motivated in order to make forward progress?
