4 times per week show yourself cooking at home. No microwave, no pre packed meals, this is about staying home having family time knowing what your eating and saving money. You don’t have to eat in front of us but you can if you want. Desserts, dinners, lunches, side dishes, all accepted. If you make a cold dish that doesn’t need to be actually cooked show us all your prep work your chopping skills you may checkin twice in one day but must be different meals. Example steak for dinner and homemade cookies for snack or dessert.
