Perform any core strengthening exercise of your choice for 1 minute on camera- be it any variation of planks, crunches, sit-up, bridges, mountain climbers, leg raises, yoga/pilate move, etc. Feel free to switch up the type of core exercise for each check-in if you’d like. 21 Consecutive Days - You can do it!
