You can do any exercise as long as it engages your core - you’ll have to do 3 sets of at least 10 using the time lapse function. ***Everyone gets 1 rest day - use it by checking in that day saying that you are using your rest day and let us know why!*** If you have any questions please ask in the chat. 🙂
