Use the C25k program to ease yourself into the world of running. This program can help you move from the couch to a 5k! Use the C25k program. It can be found online or as an app Checkin 3x/week. Checkins need to include what week/day you did and how far you ran. You do not need to show yourself running but you may. Missed checkins are $20 penalty each. Challenge lasts 3 weeks. This is a great group for supporting each other as we work towards being able to run an entire 5k
