C25k 4.0 This is a great challenge for those who are new to running or looking to improve their endurance. C25k is a program designed to take someone from the couch to being able to run a 5k. There are 3 runs each week of the program that alternate jogging and walking. Each week they get a bit more difficult as the running portion increases. You must check in 3x/ week. State the week and day you are working on and the distance you ran. You do not have to show yourself running but you may. $20 penalty/ miss No more than 1 checkin per day Challenge begins on Monday, January 27
