3 times a week for 3 weeks

Use the couch to 5k program that you can find online or in an app to work on being able to run a 5k. You can start on any of the 9 weeks of the C25k program. This challenge lasts for 3 weeks. 3 check ins per week and only 1 per day. Your checkin must include what week/day of the C25k you are on and how far you ran. You may also include how you felt about it. Checkins do not have to occur during the run, but should occur directly after. Missed checkins are $20/ea.
