Daily Gratitude 15! Build the habit of taking some time to be greatful for ours lives and the opportunity we have been given. For this challenge you must look at the camera and say what you are grateful for for the full minute. No check ins while driving are allowed. Not even when stuck in traffic. This is a firm rule! Either send the minute going deep on one subject or stream of consciousness for anything that comes to mind. Putting energy, excitement and smiling are ways that I supercharge this habit to move into a happier and more satisfied state of mind. Let's continue 2020 with gratitude for this one life we get!
