Daily Gratitude 16! NOTE CHANGE: You must check in by 10pm daily! Build the habit of taking some time to be greatful for our lives and the opportunities we have been given. For this challenge you must look at the camera and say what you are grateful for for the full minute. Do it with family and friends for a bigger boost of wellbeing and connection. No check ins while driving are allowed. Not even when stuck in traffic. This is a firm rule! Either spend the minute going deep on one subject or stream of consciousness for anything that comes to mind. Putting energy, excitement and smiling are ways that I supercharge this habit to move into a happier and more satisfied state of mind. Let's continue 2020 with gratitude for this one life we get!
