For this challenge, the journalling can be free writing or any type of written personal development exercises. Rules: 1. Write for 20 Minutes/Day Minimum 2. Show us proof of your journaling in your check in. 3. (OPTIONAL) Feel free to share with us what you wrote or any breakthroughs you had! 4. Cheer eachother on!
