Daily workout / movement

1 time on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, and Sat for 6 days

The goal isn't for the participants to all do the same workout. It's more about holding each other accountable for each of us putting in the work. The framework will be that you need to check-in 6 days a week (with Sundays off) by sharing either a timelapse video of your workout or a quick video synopsis of what you did. If you don't post a check-in by the 3 am EST deadline, you pay into the pot with the idea that the amount is enough to motivate you and hurt just a little. I kept the $50 for every missed check-in. At the end of each week, whoever completes all the check-ins splits whatever money is in the pot (minus SPAR's cut).
