1-3hrs before bed, Don’t eat. Check in the next day. That means we’ll have to eat enough during the day to not be super hungry before bed. Depending on your diet/body, you may still feel slightly hungry and may have to learn to accept and not act on it. (I know I will have to eat enough or I will be super hungry) Side benefit: Since you aren’t getting a thermic effect from digesting food, it should help with sleep quality a little (the body likes to sleep a little cool).
