90% of your calories every day should be plant based. That means 90% of the time (or more!) no animal products, and nothing processed. Processed here is defined as “nothing bad added, nothing good taken away.” (For example, added sugars and added refined fours) Eat whole plant foods 90% of the time. Whole grains, fruits and vegetables are great any way you want to cook them. Which gives you about 200 calories a day of flexibility. Remember to set an alarm so you don’t forget to check in every day. It’s a $3 penalty if you don’t make it that day.
