Exercise 30+ minutes 4x per week

4 times a week for 3 weeks

Exercise four times per week at least 30 minutes per event (only social bragging rights for those who do longer) until the end of the month. Walking, running, riding a bike... as long as it’s a consistent effort for 30+ minutes. Post a picture of your workout with a tracking app (Strava and Map my run are good) or just merely on the honor system tell us what you did. All should be posted to this app for recording. I did allow for multiple workouts in one day that way if you had to miss a few days you could do “two a days” to make it up. if you do not log for per week you will be fined five dollars, at the end of June the pot will be awarded to those at the top.
