Ok guys! I started us out easy, this is only a 14 day challenge.. Starting Monday the 13th you need to workout out 5 days each week. At the end of the week if you don’t record 5 days worth of workouts you have to pay $5. Those who completed the challenge will split the money from those who didn’t. It can be any type of workout.. run, walk, yoga, bike, swim, weights etc. If you can track your workout using a running app or whatever you should and then submit a screen shot from that app of your workout with a short video explaining what you did! So excited to do this with you guys! Love you !💕
