Exercise for a minimum of 30 mins, 5 days per week. Only 1 check-in per day is allowed. This challenge is about consistency so 2-adays are not permitted. Show your workout metrics whenever possible. As much as we love your face, we’d rather see the time, mileage, or weights you’ve put in. That won’t always be possible and that’s okay. But make an effort to be data driven in your fitness. If doing something like yoga or other group classes, simply record your walk into building. We start this Monday 11/11!
