4 times a week for 2 weeks

Workout at least 4 times a week for 2 weeks to jumpstart fitness February 💪🥳 You can workout however you wish! I personally like to do HIIT videos but you can go to the gym, run, bike, whatever you want as long as it’s at least 20 minutes! Only one check in per day! Cut off time is 2am Check-in by making a video of -yourself working out -your Fitbit or Apple Watch showing your workout -yourself leaving your workout if you aren’t able to record yourself during your workout Please do not show yourself just walking into the gym. Anyone can do that! We want to see you sweat! If we get a lot of people to join I’ll do it again (with either more days a week or longer workouts) for the second part of February! We’ll start Monday at 3am!
