Pretty simple! You have to check in in bed before 10 PM three times a week. After you check in do your best to stay in bed and enjoy a good night’s rest :-) This challenge pairs nicely with the other challenge I have, wake up at 5 AM every day and stay up. We would love to have you join the 5am wake up call as well!
