Homemade healthy breakfast 5 x a week for 2 weeks. Starting Monday 12/9. Describe and show your meal in your checkin. You do not need to be at home for your checkin. I know some people eat breakfast at work. Your food can be as simple as eggs or a yogurt parfait. The goal is to avoid going to buy something like a unhealthy breakfast sandwich every morning. Cutoff time is 12:00 pm to give a little more time to those of you who eat a later breakfast. Let’s do this!
