Absolutely no calories for 16 hours a day for 7 days can be consumed in order for you to successfully complete this challenge, no exceptions! I drink mostly water during my fasting period. Don’t be at all surprised if you lose 5 pounds during this challenge! I averaged over a pound of weight loss a day using this technique For those of you looking to gain energy, feel better, lose weight, gain confidence, and/or look better, this challenge is for you!
