2 times a week for 1 week

Lose 1 FULL pound or more in 7 days. Day 1 of the challenge- check in and show us your starting weight. Last day of the challenge- step on the scale and if you’ve lost 1 pound or more you can check in. If you did not lose the pound you CANNOT check in and you lose your $20! You can not check in early for your last check in- this means you have to keep the weight off until the last day of the challenge. Must be on a digital scale so we can see exact amount. And must be on the same scale both times (some scales are different). We start Saturday January 18th This is a really great way to motivate yourself to stick to your weight loss goal!
