Show the weight on the scale each week. You must lose at least 2lbs (or 0.9kg) from the first checkin to the end of the second week, meaning you have up to two weeks to lose that first 2lbs. Then you must have lost 4lbs (or 1.8kg) from the beginning of the first week to end of the third week, so you will have just about three weeks. Please wear the same clothes (but I’ll take your word for it if you prefer not to show yourself). I suggest you check in as soon as possible the first week to maximize your time to lose the four pounds. You can check in anytime the second or third weeks. We’ll start as soon as we get a decent number of people—please invite others! All are welcome! Good luck and let’s do this!!
