Check in four times (1 per week). Must show the scale each time, with a weight 2lbs lighter in week 2 than week 1, 4lbs lighter in week 3 than week 1, and 6lbs lighter in week 4. Suggest you do your first check in on the first day so you have the full 4 weeks to lose the 6lbs. Please wear the same clothes—it’s on your honor that you are not rigging your weight somehow. Please do NOT check in if you have not lost the weight. Please notify me if you see any check ins that did not lose the weight so I can flag them. That’s it!
