Let’s lose some weight!! Week 1: Check in any time during the week and show your scale. Week 2: Check in any time during the week and show your scale, but ONLY if it is at least a pound lower. Week 3: Check in any time during the week and show your scale, but ONLY if it is at least a pound lower then week 2. Week 4: Check in any time during the week and show your scale, but ONLY if it is at least a pound lower than week 3. If your weight is not at least a pound lower, skip your check in. If you skip a week, your next check in will just have to be lower than the last time you checked in. For example, let’s say I am 166, then 165, then 168. I’ll skip that week. My next check in has to be lower than 165. I hope that makes sense!!! Let me know if you have any questions! Starting September 1st.
