Make a plan! If you are someone who feels like they are wasting time everyday, procrastinating on projects, anxious about what’s next, reactive to situations, maybe it’s time to make a plan! Pascal said “half of our problems would be solved by taking 30 minutes to sit in a quiet room to contemplate our actions and their consequences.” So the challenge is 2-fold. 1. Sit with your thoughts or a notepad for around 10-15 minutes contemplating required actions on your life. Could be work related problems that need solving, ongoing projects, things you’ve been putting off, workouts, spar challenges ect. 2. Schedule them all into a daily plan, write what you’ll do, where you’re going to do it and at what time. The first few days will serve as drafts, because it’s tough to get a really accurate schedule the first few times. Then it should be easy to estimate how long things actually take you. Check in with proof of your schedule for the day. Let’s do this! Starts Friday August 9.
