Meal Tracking & Carb/Calorie Goal

Rules, day #1 post short video about your goal. You can choose either a carb goal or a calorie goal be sure to include in the video what your goal amount is for the challenge. For example, eat less than 30 grams of total carbs per day. Or eat less than x number of calories per day. Then each day your check in is a picture from an app like Carb Manager, Cronometer or My Fitness Pal where it shows the totals. You could also just use a piece of paper. If you ate over your goal for that day then skip the check in. You have 4 free days per month. Still check in on that day and proclaim that it is a free day.
