Rules, day #1 post short video about your goal. You can choose either a carb goal or a calorie goal be sure to include in the video what your goal amount is for the challenge. For example, eat less than 30 grams of total carbs per day. Or eat less than x number of calories per day. Then each day your check in is a picture from an app like Carb Manager, Cronometer or My Fitness Pal where it shows the totals. You could also just use a piece of paper. If you ate over your goal for that day then skip the check in. No check in on Sundays, so that is your day to relax a bit. Put in comments if you have any questions.
