1 time a day for 7 days

A daily meditation challenge to help some members of our Facebook group stay consistent. Any are welcome to join. Meditate for 10 min a day. Your preference of guided, mantra, or really whatever. Should not be exercise but sitting in some kind of stillness practice. Insight timer has the most free content. Headspace is my favorite for the free beginner content but will only get you so far.
