Check in once a day with a minimum of 3 the 6 Life S.A.V.E.R.S. BEFORE 12:00PM. Using honor system. No time minimums. Will only flag 12:01pm-3am. 🙏🏽Silence: Meditation, prayer, reflection, gratitude, etc. Check in saying how long your time of silence was & how it felt/any reflections. 🗣Affirmations: Positive self talk & establishing a commitment. Check in with a written affirmation or a video of you speaking it. BE SPECIFIC. Example from book: “I am 100% committed to going to the gym 5 days a week and running on the treadmill for a minimum of 20 minutes” 👁Visualization: Imagine yourself having your day go as planned. Check in with a video of you speaking your best day into existence. 💪🏽Exercise: Weights, cardio, yoga, stretching, etc. Check in with a video of you exercising or smart watch stats. 📚Reading: Check in with a video talking about what you’ve read. All reading materials accepted. 🖊Scribing: check in with a video of what you’ve wrote! Handwritten & typed accepted.
