4 times a week for 2 weeks

Morning walk! The rules are very simple, show a video of you going on a walk outside before 8am. Has to be outside, and has to be before 8am. Because the point is getting up early, which is hard during this time especially, and attacking the day with some nice intentional activity. Movement in the first 20 minutes of the day helps rest your circadian rhythm to the time you are waking up in the following days. You can couple this with light and hydration to add to the benefits. Starting with 4x per week, and increasing for the next 2 week challenge. Please join me, keep me countable and I’ll do the same for you!
