Let’s make 2020 a healthy year for us all! We all know starting the new year can be a little rough; especially if you are starting a new habit. Let’s create a support system to help everyone get to the gym, starting a new habit, Atleast 4 times a week. Please use your check in time to show yourself at the gym, taking a walk or run, and if so inclined share a word of inspiration or encouragement. We will start in Jan.5, 2020; so plenty of time to find some friends to go on this journey with you.
