So I’m challenging myself (and you) to do a one minute HIIT style workout 10 times/week. Rules: 1. You cannot exceed 2 times per day (so twice a day for 5 days and once a day for 2 days). 2. You cannot do the same workout twice in one day (but they can be back to back or at different times, it’s up to you!) 3. You must do at least 5 of the different workouts within the week (so that you’re not doing the same two every day) 4. You must show yourself doing the workout for the entire minute 5. Go as hard as you can for that minute. It’s only a minute. You can do it!
