The challenge is to wake up and be out of bed by 6am. Perfect for those wanting to build this habit of early rising, but want to take it one step at a time. Only 6 check ins required for the 1 week challenge to get everyone’s feet wet. I’m intending to keep the challenge going until we reach 5am and a duration of a couple weeks, while keeping Sunday’s off as a treat.
