Spend 30 minutes a day on a personal project / goal of your choosing, 5 days a week. It does not need to be the same project throughout, but it must be related to a longer term project your have. Updates should include the work you put into the project that day. You don’t need to be successful , but you must try. Since the hardest part is often starting, this is will help you overcome the most difficult step.
