1 time a day for 5 days

Do some form of physical therapy everyday for at least 15 minutes. That can include yoga, foam rolling, lacrosse balling, elastic band work, etc. Now is the time to prevent a future with walkers & canes๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
