PPRE Health Challenge

1 time on weekdays for 6 weeks

Must check in every Monday through Friday showing that you are challenging yourself with an activity that pushes you out of your comfort zone promoting your health and wellness. Activities can include lifting weights, cross fit, running, biking, walking, yoga, stretching etc. Check-ins are due by 3am so for example if you are checking in for Monday you have until Tuesday morning at 3am.
