Join the next round of Procurement Fitness Challenge! The first round will run for 5 days starting Monday, March 1, with more rounds to follow. Each day you will be challenged to focus on one of the five aspects of sport: 1) Mindset - Meditation πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ10+ minutes/day 2) Sleep - Sleep 😴 8+ hours 3) Nutrition - Cook πŸ§‘β€πŸ³ a healthy meal (good news, a glass of wine 🍷 is healthy!); Make a healthy smoothie 4) Recovery - Yoga πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ 10+ minutes; Stretching πŸ™†β€β™‚οΈ 10+ minutes; Foam roll 5+ minutes; Ice 🧊 10+ minutes; 5) Movement - Run πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ 1+ mile; 30 push-ups, squats, or sit-ups; Complete an NTC workout πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ or NRC run πŸƒ; Exercise bike 🚴 , stair stepper, or treadmill 10+ minutes To log your activity for the day, simply upload a 10 – 15 second clip of your chosen wellness investment and you’re done!
