Procurement Fitness Challenge v5

1 time a day for 2 weeks

This round of the Fitness Challenge will run for 2 weeks, starting Monday March 29. Each day you will be challenged to focus on one of five aspects of sport: 1) Mindset – Meditation πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ 10+ minutes/day 2) Sleep – Sleep 😴 8+ hours 3) Nutrition – Cook πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ a healthy meal (good news, a glass of wine 🍷 is healthy!); make a healthy smoothie 4) Recovery – Yoga πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ 10+ minutes; Stretching πŸ™†β€β™‚οΈ 10+ minutes; Foam roll 5+ minutes; Ice 🧊 10+ minutes 5) Movement – Run πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ 1+ mile; 30 push-ups, squats, or sit-ups; Complete an NTC workout πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ or NRC run πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ ; Exercise bike 🚴 , stair stepper, or treadmill 10+ minutes To log your activity for the day, simply upload a 10-15 second clip of your chosen wellness investment and you’re all set!
