One BIG PROJECT broken into smaller steps or many small projects that you’ve just been procrastinating on and need doing. Projects in the 1st challenge are: my van (ongoing), finishing the last 10% of a home reno (little odd jobs that never quite got done) and knitting a scarf in a new and tricky stitch. Not meant for regular chores like cleaning or shopping, but a MASSIVE CLEANOUT of the garage definitely qualifies. Ideally something that can be broken into small steps. Re the check-ins: #1 - The plan for the week (plans can change!) to set your intention. Make the steps as small as you need to. 2&3, 4&5, 6&7 - paired check-ins, first telling/showing what you’re going to do and second either finished or telling us about the problem you encountered and how you’re going to overcome it to move forward. So long as you’re showing some progress, even if that progress is what didn’t work, you won’t be flagged. Please chat with me about it, if you have any questions!
