Each check in you must state how many push ups you have done so far and how many you have left. Must do push ups on camera (this will matter more as the challenge gets to the later stages). Push ups do not need to be consecutive but you should push yourself to up your max amount as time goes on. If by some unfortunate turn of events you become injured and can’t complete push ups please maintain the integrity of the challenge and take or miss or drop. I’m not a fan of flagging at all and I will try to be a good host and watch videos but it won’t be my top priority - just make yourself better and put in the work! Has been a great challenge in 2019 hope more people can experience it in 2020.
