Simple! Workout 3x per week for at least 30 min each time for a month. Any kind of work out is allowed! It’s all about doing what you can to keep your body moving and to keep your mind at ease. Check-in options (any of these is fine): — Record yourself explaining your workout and how long you did it for. —Show stats on a watch or computer —Time lapse the workout! $5 penalty for each missed check-in. Non-missers (?) split the pot at the end! Happy movement everyone!!
