Run 1 mile per day for the month of January. In a pinch (or if weather prevents you from running) you can substitute 10 minutes on the stairs or 15 min on the bike. The key is to get in a little cardio every day for the month! Please join me! Take a photo of your smart watch or running app or simply record a quick message at the end of your workout to get credit.
