Run/walk 10k steps a day

1 time a day for 2 weeks

I’m challenging all who would like to join to a daily step goal!! Why set a daily step goal? Walking is a form of exercise that's available to most people. You don't need any special equipment other than some supportive walking shoes. And there's no need for an expensive membership at a fitness center. It takes over 2,000 steps to walk one mile; 10,000 steps would be almost 5 miles. We are 15 weeks from summer: 1 lb a week: 15 lbs 2 lbs a week: 30 lbs 3 lbs a week: 45lbs THE RULES: Upload a video, or picture of you taking a walk/run each day; OR, upload a screenshot from your tracking device showing you took no less than 10k steps. When you miss a check-in, you are charged a penalty. For this challenge, the penalty will be $3. The winner(s) of the challenge will claim/split the whole pot. I will set the challenge for 2 weeks. Once the challenge is complete, I will set a new challenge, increasing the step goal to 11k steps a day.
