1 time a day for 1 week

60 seconds of sharpening. Kitchen knives, other knives, scissors, etc. Happiness and safe use is a sharp tool. No special tools needed. If you have a coffee mug, or sharpening steel (the one that normally comes in the kitchen knife block), you are good. If you have a sharpening stone or sand paper, even better. Follow my check-ins for instructions. This will be fun and life enhancing. Once we all have sharp knives we can do a carving challenge.
