Sleep @ least 6 hours a night

10 times a week for 3 weeks

Sleep for at least 6 hours 5 nights a week. Film one video check in right before going to bed & one the next morning when you wake up. They say that the average time it takes for an adult to fall into sleep is 15 minutes so I’m going to double that and say let’s have at least 6h30min in between bedtime and wake up check ins! I personally really struggle with my sleeping time as well as the amount of sleep I actually get so I am hoping this challenge will help me to be more mindful & lead me in the direction of creating a healthier sleeping habit.
