This challenge is to help you make time to connect with the green spaces around you. Connecting with nature is so important for our wellbeing. Whether your green space is a backyard, local park, or backcountry wilderness, go out there and enjoy it! For check ins: the only strict rule is that you show at least a few seconds of your green space. Since this is a daily check in, if you absolutely can’t get to physical green space on some days, a mediation using nature visualization is an acceptable alternative (don’t just say “I meditated”, actually tell us about the meditation and how it went etc.). You can use up to 60 seconds and tell us what you’re doing in your green space, what you like about it, or show us something cool that you found there, but you don’t have to, just a few seconds showing us the area is fine. Do what feels right for you! 🌲
