It’s super easy....Post a 60 second video of yourself doing any kind of squats (stationary squats, backward or forward lunges, front or side kicks...whatever, just keep those legs moving!) every day, as many as you can, but no counting necessary. The Squats Challenge is on for 14 days and the penalty is five dollars per miss. I’m looking to start by Thursday, June 27th.
