After a successful No Sugar Added November, we’re going for the full month of January. No added sugars—this includes your typical cane sugar, corn syrup, molasses, even honey and maple syrup. Challenge yourself a little more and cut out the zero-calorie sweeteners (though that’s not a rule, just added sugars)! Check in daily, share how you’re feeling and what you’re eating. For every day you miss a check-in, you’ll be docked $3. If you don’t miss any check-ins, you’ll split the pot at the end of the challenge!
