No Gym No Problem!!! This time it will be more strict, will have it 7x a week for 3weeks but will extend to 5 weeks.. This will include the 2 days of strictly recording either a salad, healthy option, a protein shake/juicing, or if you’d like then do a workout. The other 5 days must be workouts.
